This policy covers the marketing website. The application at app.pex-inventory.com has its own privacy policy and data processing agreement.

2. Hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) in server logs, based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR); Vercel is also certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Logs are kept for a limited period only.

3. Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics for anonymised, aggregated statistics. It sets no cookies and no cross-device identifiers; IP addresses are not stored permanently and not linked to a person. Metrics collected: page, approximate region, device type and referrer. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Provider: Vercel Inc. (see section 2).

4. Contact by email

If you contact us by email (e.g. a demo or pricing request), we process your details to handle the request (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and delete them once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for product updates we store your email address based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and confirm the subscription by double opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every mail. The sending provider is named on the sign-up form.

6. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking services that require consent.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for us: LfDI Baden-Württemberg).
